A community gathering in Manningham highlighted local efforts to support women and girls in the area.
The Millan Centre hosted the fundraising initiative.
Contributions will support programmes including educational initiatives, training schemes, assistance for survivors of domestic abuse, and mental health support services.
Centre chief executive and mental health director Saliba Sadiq commented on support from local residents and businesses.
Sadiq stated that numerous individuals and enterprises in the neighbourhood contribute time, funding and resources to community support efforts without seeking recognition.
She noted that such assistance enables organisations including the Millan Centre to continue operations and maintain services.
Sadiq observed that unfavourable weather conditions did not reduce attendance at the gathering.
The event demonstrated community cohesion and shared dedication to local charitable causes, according to the centre.
Commercial partners, attendees, volunteers and other supporters who contributed to the initiative were acknowledged.
