A section of highway in the Bradford area was sealed off on Tuesday following a significant fire involving a large vehicle.
Emergency services responded to the incident on Halifax Road in Cullingworth, close to the former Flappit establishment, at 3.54pm.
Two firefighting units were dispatched to the location.
Authorities established a perimeter around the affected area while personnel worked to bring the flames under control.
The thoroughfare remained blocked to traffic throughout the operation.
The fire was eventually brought under control by firefighters, though investigators have not yet determined what triggered the incident.
A representative from West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service confirmed that crews were summoned to Halifax Road at 3.54pm following reports of a large vehicle ablaze.
Two units reached the scene and successfully extinguished the flames.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
