Emergency services responded to a commercial robbery on Duckworth Lane in Bradford on Thursday afternoon.
Officers from West Yorkshire Police attended the scene following reports of a ram raid at a jewellers around 1:19pm on September 5.
Fire crews also attended the location.
The targeted establishment has been identified as Pakistan Jewellers, which specialises in Mirpuri Designs.
The entire front of the shop sustained extensive damage as a result of the incident.
The area surrounding the premises was cordoned off by police, leading to significant congestion on nearby roads.
Motorists were advised to seek alternative routes.
A grey pick-up truck was observed parked partially on the pavement with its flat bed facing the damaged shop frontage.
Authorities have not yet confirmed whether this vehicle was utilised during the raid.
CCTV recordings captured three individuals dressed entirely in black clothing, including hoods and masks, using a 4×4 pick-up to repeatedly smash through the shop entrance.
The footage showed the suspects entering the premises and removing jewellery while employees watched in distress.
Members of the public inside the store were seen comforting one another during the attack.
Investigators noted that the offenders gained access to the shop from two directions.
Approximately six people were involved in the incident.
The shop proprietor attempted to defend the premises using a baseball bat, though he was outnumbered.
He subsequently began throwing objects at the raiders.
Following the assault, the group departed in two additional vehicles described as a blue hatchback and a silver sports utility vehicle.
The owner managed to strike the rear window of one escaping car with his bat before the suspects fled.
Muhammad Ali, who operates the business alongside his father, expressed frustration and disappointment regarding the attack.
He indicated that he felt relieved that no one sustained serious injuries.
Authorities confirmed that three customers were present inside the shop at the time of the incident.
One female customer received a blow but was not hurt.
Emergency services were summoned and staff provided her with water.
She did not require hospital treatment.
This marks the second time a jewellers on Duckworth Lane has fallen victim to such an attack this year.
A separate jewellers located on the same road experienced a similar robbery in March.
Detectives have established a scene at the location while investigations continue.
