A road in Bradford is set to be temporarily closed to allow Northern PowerGrid to carry out infrastructure works.
Canford Grove, located in Allerton, will be shut between its intersection with Canford Drive and the property numbered three on that street.
The closure takes effect from 9.30am on October 12 and is currently scheduled to conclude at 6pm on October 16.
Pedestrians will continue to be permitted to pass through the affected area.
However, no diversionary routes for motor vehicles have been arranged.
City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council has issued the road closure order pursuant to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, specifically Section 14.
The notice indicates that circumstances may require the closure to remain in force for a period of up to 18 months.
Access through the closed section will be restricted exclusively to vehicles engaged in the Northern PowerGrid works programme.
