Emergency services attended a potential arson incident at a long-vacant textile works in Bradford on Sunday.
Fire crews were dispatched to Midlands Mills on Valley Road following a emergency call that came in just after 4.30pm.
A representative from West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service confirmed that two firefighting units responded to the location to address a minor blaze located on the ground level of the abandoned mill structure.
A single hose reel jet was deployed to bring the fire under control and extinguish the flames.
The incident has been officially categorised as a suspected case of deliberate ignition.
The building holds grade II-listed heritage protection and was originally constructed in 1871.
The site formerly housed the operations of British Mohair Suppliers until the company vacated the premises in 2001.
