New maintenance agreements have been announced by G&H, an engineering services company headquartered in Pudsey.
The firm has secured several new contracts for mechanical, electrical and plumbing services across multiple locations.
Among the new clients is Martin House Children’s Hospice, based in Wetherby.
G&H will provide a maintenance programme designed to ensure the facility meets regulatory requirements while maintaining comfort for patients and their families.
Matt Ward, director of estates at the hospice, explained that providing appropriate conditions for those who use the services represents a priority.
The continuation of the relationship through this programme will help keep the building efficient, compliant and suitable for future needs.
G&H has also taken on Rendall and Rittner as a new client.
The company will deliver a three-year maintenance schedule at Edenwood House in London on behalf of this customer.
The engineering services provider has further broadened its collaboration with Hartnell Taylor Cook by extending coverage to 13 additional sites.
David Ridsdale, director at G&H, stated that welcoming the new clients and building on the existing partnership reflects the company’s approach.
The integrated methodology allows the business to assist customers in achieving better building performance, increasing operational efficiency and meeting compliance obligations.
