A section of road in Bradford is scheduled to undergo temporary closure to facilitate water infrastructure work.
Lidget Place will be closed to traffic between properties numbered 65 and 79 during the duration of the project.
The closure has been authorised by the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council.
The restriction, which exempts vehicles associated with the maintenance operations, is due to commence on 7 October at 08:00.
Works are anticipated to conclude by 9 October at 18:00.
However, the closure period may be prolonged for a maximum of 18 months should circumstances require it.
Pedestrian passage through the affected portion of road will remain possible throughout the scheduled works.
Motorists are advised that alternative routes are accessible via the unaffected stretch of Lidget Place, Beckside Road and Lidget Terrace.
The local authority has enacted the closure pursuant to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Enquiries should be directed to the Legal and Democratic Services division of the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council, based at City Hall in Bradford.
