Trinity Leeds has expanded its street food selection with five additional independent traders ahead of the autumn season.
The Trinity Kitchen venue now features an updated roster of operators offering diverse cuisines, including steamed buns, grilled burgers, Mexican dishes, and Southeast Asian fare.
Josie Towning, who oversees food and beverage operations at the shopping centre, explained that the autumn menu was designed to balance hearty, warming selections with lighter alternatives.
The approach aims to provide visitors with comfort food alongside fresh options.
The selection continues the venue’s commitment to featuring bold flavours and varied culinary traditions in a casual dining setting.
Among the newcomers are Ka Bao, which focuses on Asian-style steamed bread; Shoot the Bull, known for meat-focused dishes; Spuds ‘n’ Bros, offering potato-based creations; Tikks Thai Kitchen, serving Thai-style fried poultry; and El Piloto, bringing Latin American-inspired offerings.
El Piloto marks the debut of Mexican-inspired street cuisine at Trinity Kitchen, featuring spicy folded tortillas, cheese-filled crescents, and fries topped with various toppings.
The updated vendor selection will operate through November 22.
