Ilkley Lido will open its facilities to canine visitors for a two-day swimming event as the outdoor season draws to a close.
The annual Doggy Swim is scheduled for October 10 and 11, offering pet owners the opportunity to bring their four-legged companions into the water before the pool undergoes its winter maintenance period.
The attraction, which first welcomed swimmers in 1935, has maintained its status as a cherished destination for outdoor swimming enthusiasts across West Yorkshire.
The Doggy Swim has established itself as a popular tradition that signals the end of the summer programme.
Participating dogs will be permitted to enter the water during designated time slots alongside their owners.
The admission charge of £8.20 covers one canine visitor together with a single accompanying adult.
Further adults hoping to attend can purchase tickets at £4.90, while younger visitors aged between certain age ranges can obtain junior entry for £3.30.
Three session periods have been arranged across each of the two days, running from 9am through to 10.30am, 11am to 12.30pm, and concluding with an afternoon slot from 1pm until 2.30pm.
All attendees are required to secure their places through the online booking system prior to arrival at the venue.
