Small and medium-sized enterprises are set to benefit from fully subsidised places on a government-supported management course being delivered by the University of Bradford.
The 12-week Help to Grow: Management Course provides participants with 50 hours of leadership instruction, individual mentoring sessions, and a customised strategy blueprint for business expansion.
The programme receives 90 percent of its funding from the UK government, with the university covering the outstanding £750 balance to minimise costs for delegates.
A university representative indicated that this additional financial support was introduced specifically to address the difficulties currently confronting small businesses and to maximise accessibility for firms throughout the region.
Companies employing between five and nine staff members will have their £750 fee entirely covered, granting one employee complimentary access to the course.
Organisations with workforces ranging from 10 to 249 employees can register a second delegate at no additional charge, securing two places for £750 rather than the standard £1,500.
The forthcoming group commences instruction on October 26.
The institution is urging small business proprietors to take advantage of the professional expertise, systematic curriculum, and networking opportunities incorporated into the programme.
More than 14,000 business leaders have enrolled in the initiative to date, with almost 12,000 former participants continuing to access ongoing professional development resources.
