A fragrance retailer has revealed expansion plans for its Arabian-inspired perfume business.
The Oud Project inaugurated a second market stall at Keighley Market on Saturday, September 19, building upon the achievements of its existing Darley Street Market presence in Bradford.
A representative for the company stated that establishing a second location represents a significant milestone.
The business has experienced strong customer response at its Bradford stall, which provided the impetus to pursue growth in Keighley.
While Arabian scents have garnered considerable popularity in recent times, the company aimed to establish an environment where shoppers can personally experience and evaluate different fragrances before purchasing, rather than relying solely on online transactions without opportunity to smell the products beforehand.
The management expressed pride in developing as an independent local enterprise and anticipation about integrating into the Keighley Market community.
The business focuses on premium Arabian and Middle Eastern-inspired fragrances, with products imported from Dubai and various other locations throughout the region.
Councillor Ian Walker, who serves as the executive member responsible for neighbourhoods and communities at Bradford Council, offered his assessment that it was encouraging to witness The Oud Project capitalising on the momentum established at its Darley Street Market operation.
