A preview clip for the upcoming third Inbetweeners film has emerged online.
The announcement follows the commercial achievements of the first film released in 2011 and its sequel from 2014.
Audiences have been awaiting a further instalment centring on Will McKenzie, Simon Cooper, Jay Cartwright and Neil Sutherland since those releases.
The comedy series originally broadcast on Channel 4 developed into a significant cultural phenomenon.
Its distinctive blend of cringe-inducing situations, authentic adolescent narratives and unforgettable central figures contributed to its widespread appeal.
Both theatrical expansions performed well at the box office, establishing the property among the most prosperous comedic enterprises Britain has produced during this century.
Netflix has confirmed the project is currently being filmed, sharing brief footage displaying the quartet inside their characteristic yellow Fiat Cinquecento.
