Timothy Taylor’s has completed its most significant brand overhaul in more than ten years.
The Keighley-based independent family brewer announced that the updated visual identity represents the beginning of a new era for the business, which traces its origins back 168 years.
The refresh forms part of substantial ongoing investment aimed at strengthening the future of cask ale.
Chief executive Andrew Carter explained that the company’s approach has remained consistent throughout its history.
The brewing methods, recipes, and ingredients that have defined Timothy Taylor’s for generations will remain unchanged.
The update focuses on ensuring that the quality and attention invested in every pint are properly communicated through modern presentation, helping the brand appeal to upcoming generations of drinkers as effectively as it has served previous ones.
The organisation will maintain its programme of investment in the brewery facilities, workforce, and pub network relationships, recognising that delivering excellent cask ale requires dedication at every stage from production to serving.
New visual elements encompass a redesigned logomark, updated pump clips, contemporary glassware, refreshed bottle designs, a signature British racing green colour scheme, and higher-quality finishing details.
These modifications aim to enhance prominence at bar counters, draw in fresh consumers, and preserve the characteristics valued by existing patrons.
Timothy Taylor’s has committed nine million pounds toward brewery improvements across a five-year timeframe, alongside three million pounds yearly dedicated to marketing initiatives.
The company maintains a dedicated team of business development managers who collaborate with publicans and trade partners to uphold quality and consistency standards at every outlet.
The brand refresh arrives as the company experiences sustained expansion, with Timothy Taylor’s Landlord—its principal product—consolidating its standing as the leading cask ale brand in the United Kingdom across both revenue and volume measurements.
Every beer produced by the company incorporates water sourced from Knowle Spring, Golden Promise barley, whole-leaf hops, and a proprietary house yeast culture referred to as Taylor’s Taste.
Beyond the visual transformation, the brewery continues prioritising investment in personnel, establishments, and operational methods that guarantee the quality of its output, offering technical assistance, cellar management instruction, and its established Perfect Pour initiative.
