Investigators have published a photograph as part of their inquiry into an incident in which a man is suspected of indecently exposing himself to a woman and a child who were seated inside a vehicle.
Emergency services were notified at 7.25pm on Sunday, 30 August, following reports of the incident on York Road in close proximity to Selby Road, Leeds.
During the occurrence, the individual allegedly struck and lashed out at another man who had stepped in to assist.
A representative for West Yorkshire Police stated that detectives specializing in safeguarding matters are requesting public assistance in identifying a man wanted in connection with indecent exposure and assault offences in Leeds.
The offences took place at approximately 7.25pm on Sunday, 30 August, along York Road close to its intersection with Selby Road.
A man reportedly exposed himself to a woman and child who were inside a car before attacking and kicking a man who had intervened in the situation.
Officers with specialist training in safeguarding from Leeds are conducting inquiries into the circumstances and remain in contact with the victims to provide support.
