The Broadway Bradford: Over 80 Shops in City Centre Shopping Destination

Published on

The Broadway stands as the primary retail complex in Bradford, having drawn both local residents and shoppers from throughout the surrounding area since 2015.

The destination serves as the city’s leading retail and entertainment venue, situated centrally within the urban area.

The facility encompasses in excess of 500,000 square feet dedicated to shopping and leisure activities, housing upwards of 80 retail outlets, coffee shops and eateries.

Its address is Hall Ings.

Among the stores present are well-known names such as Primark, Next, H&M, Boots and New Look, alongside smaller independent businesses and specialist traders offering diverse shopping opportunities.

Entertainment options include a contemporary cinema operated by The Light, while dining facilities comprise establishments including Popeyes, Wingstop and Zizzi.

Trading hours see the centre open from 9am until 8pm from Monday through Saturday, with Sunday trading taking place between 10.30am and 4.30pm.

Rail travellers can access the venue via two main stations.

Bradford Forster Square lies approximately five minutes’ walking distance away, while Bradford Interchange requires around ten minutes on foot.

Both stations provide regular connections to Leeds, Manchester, Skipton and other destinations throughout West Yorkshire and further afield.

Those arriving by bus typically use Bradford Interchange, a major transport hub serving towns and cities across the region, with numerous local routes also stopping in proximity to the centre.

Motorists can locate the venue using the postcode BD1 1HA.

An undercover multi-storey parking facility offers more than 1,300 spaces, with designated areas reserved for blue badge holders.

The structure operates daily and connects directly to the shopping complex.

Parking tariffs at the facility are structured as follows: up to one hour costs £2, between one and three hours is charged at £3, three to five hours costs £4, five to ten hours is £6, and ten to twenty-four hours costs £8.

The car park welcomes visitors seven days per week between 6am and 1am, operating through an automated number plate recognition system that eliminates the need for tickets.

Payment is accepted via card or mobile device.

Season ticket options exist for frequent visitors, with monthly passes available for £65, quarterly passes at £190, and flexi tickets permitting 15 visits within a month priced at £45.
