Detectives are seeking two women following reports of a sexual assault in Leeds city centre.
The alleged offence occurred near Mojo’s bar on Merrion Street during the early hours of Wednesday, July 29.
According to investigators, a man approached the women and carried out unwanted sexual contact.
A 19-year-old individual was taken into custody on suspicion of sexual assault in connection with the case.
He has been granted bail while enquiries proceed.
Investigating officers have confirmed that the two female victims have not yet been traced.
Representatives from West Yorkshire Police stated that the Leeds Adult Safeguarding team has been pursuing multiple lines of enquiry since the report was received.
The man arrested in relation to the matter remains on bail pending further investigation.
Authorities are urging the women involved to contact specialist officers from the Leeds District Adult Safeguarding Unit.
