Emergency medical services were deployed throughout the Bradford area on Friday.
Yorkshire Ambulance Service has verified that crews attended an incident at a location on Cragg Road in Shipley on Friday, 28 August.
According to the service, a single ambulance arrived at the premises and transported one individual to a medical facility.
Separately, an emergency call was logged at 21:39 on Friday reporting a road traffic crash on Muffit Lane in Cleckheaton.
One ambulance and a rapid response vehicle were sent to the scene, where paramedics subsequently transported one patient to hospital for further treatment.
